THE ORIGINAL RE-INNOVATED.  Super Erecta PRO is part of the Super Erecta family of storage products.  Combining polymer shelf mats and epoxy coated steel frames and posts, this shelving system may be used in, but not limited to; cold rooms and humid environments.  The polymer shelf mats resist abrasion from polycarbonate containers and sharp edges from stainless steel pans and heavy boxes.  Removable shelf mat sections can be easily washed by hand or commercial machine.  Strong, sturdy and built to last, this product features proven Super Erecta construction with side and center supports and tapered steel shelf collars.

Interchangeable Shelf Types

• Microban Product Protection:  Microban antimicrobial product protection is built into the shelf mats and the Metroseal epoxy coating to protect the product from bacteria, mold, mildew and fungus that cause odors and product degradation.  Microban protection keep the product "cleaner between cleanings".
• Efficient use of Storage Space:  Shelves can be adjusted at 1" (25mm) increments along the post to maximize the use of available vertical storage space.
• Open Grid Shelf Mats:  Open grid shelves promote air circulation and light penetration.

• Fast and Easy Assembly:  Super Erecta PRO units assemble easily in minutes without tools.  SiteSelect posts have numbered grooves and feature unique double grooves every 8" (203mm) to help position the shelves.
• Warranty:  Polymer shelf mats have a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.  Metroseal epoxy coated shelf frames and posts have a (12) year limited warranty against rust and corrosion.

 DURABILITY and LONGEVITY

MetroMax 4 Shelves have circumferential capture of corner posts for superior stability, long term performance and structural integrity.  This rigid construction delivers stationary units with a maximum load capacity of 2000 lbs (907kg) evenly distributed.  Designed for what you store most, individual shelves have a maximum load capacity of 400 lbs. (181kg) evenly distributed.  Shelf mats, beams and polymer posts are infused with Microban antimicrobial product protection and carry a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion (epoxy coated steel posts with Microban carry a 15 year warranty against rust and corrosion).  The removable shelf mats, with flat smooth surfaces to protect packaged contents from unwanted rips, tears or damage, are easily cleaned in sink or commercial washer.

ACCESSORY OPTIONS and SECURITY STORAGE

MetroMax 4 pre-assembled shelving is available in varying lengths with 6" (152mm) shelf mats.  In addition, there is a multitude of accessories that includes:  post clamps and foot plates for added stability, handles and casters for mobility and dividers, ledges and enclosure panels for improved operational efficiency.  Label holders allow quick access to supplies, maximizing time that can lead to less waste and fewer expired items.  MetroMax 4 Shelves are also compatible with MetroMax Q Security Units for use as intermediate shelving.  Security units are designed to protect valuable or sensitive stored items from loss or pilferage, while the open wire grid construction maintains visibility of contents for ease of inventory control.

Metro's new Mobile Task Station is ideal for applications requiring a functional work surface with storage above and below.  Featuring Super Erecta construction, this unit with smooth rolling resilient rubber casters is easy to maneuver in tight spaces, making it ideal for production floor operations, work shops, assembly stations, maintenance, testing and cross function tasks.

Mobile Task Stations are available in (3) standard sizes:  18"d x 24"w, 18"d x 30"w and 18"d x 36"w (457x610, 457x760 and 457x914mm). All units include (2) upper cantilever shelves with natural gray stacking bins, a stainless steel solid work surface top, (1) rear hanger rail, your choice of one or two lower wire shelves, each with 1" high (25mm) ledges on all four sides and 5" diameter (127mm) Modulus stem casters (2-swivel/2-brake) with donut bumpers.  All finishes are chrome with the exception of the work surface top.

Metro's new Display Island is an ideal solution for cross merchandising.  Wide shelves offer a generous display area for featured products with plenty of stock storage below.  Related products are easily accessed from side mounted cantilever shelves.  The open wire Super Erecta construction permits air circulation, while minimizing dust accumulation.
