Starsys Mobile Drawer/Tote Cart

The Metro Starsys Mobile Drawer/Tote Cart is an attractive and easily adaptable cart for multiple uses.  It features (2) full extension tote drawers with (1) polymer shelf below, located behind a clear panel door.  The pull-out shelf on the left side provides an additional work surface.  Three tilt-out side bins on the right side, allows storage for quick access items.


This cart is ideal for medical and laboratory use.  Constructed of an easy to clean advanced polymer material infused with Microban antimicrobial product protection.  Latex Free, this cart will not dent, chip, rust, peel, flake or corrode.  The 5" (127mm) polymer swivel casters (2-swivel/2-total lock toe brake) provide a stable work station when locked and a smooth rolling cart, when not.

Suture & Catheter Storage Cabinet

Metro's Starsys Mobile Suture & Catheter Cabinet is a stand alone product for the transport and storage of medical supplies.  Constructed of an easy to clean advanced polymer material, this cabinet will not dent, chip, rust, flake or corrode.  The Microban antimicrobial protection within the polymer, inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, keeping the surface areas "cleaner between cleanings".





This double-wide cabinet features a pull-down locking tambour door.  A suture storage module and (2) single wide polymer shelves are located in the left-bay.  The right-bay contains a catheter storage module and shelf with (3) slides and (15) hooks.

Wire baskets have a corrosion resistant taupe epoxy finish with built-in storage handles for easy removal.  The 5" (127mm) diameter polymer stem casters (2-swivel/2-brake) are corrosion resistant with an all polymer horn, stainless steel axle and a polyurethane wheel with donut bumpers.

Metro Tote Boxes

Metro's Tote Box Line offers safe and efficient storage of items in bulk or in a compartmentalized fashion with the use of optional dividers and covers.  The boxes can be stored and transported on a variety of standard Metro products.  These boxes are offered in four different materials to meet your specific needs as follows:

Natural Gray, Bentron™ Black & Benstat™ Blue Tote Boxes
  • Natural Gray (NAT) - Refers to natural polypropylene-base resin products.  They are impact resistant, durable and have a high chemical resistivity.
  • Bentron™ Black (CAS) - Refers to Bentron™, a conductive polypropylene-base material.  This material contains a carbon additive to provide an electrically conductive path through the material.
  • Bentstat™ Blue (BAS) - Refers to Benstat™, Metro's patented static dissipative polypropylene-base material.
  • White (W) - A polypropylene-base material for general purposes, typically used with standard Metro products for/but not limited to:  health care, laboratory and food services.
