Standard 8" (203mm) non-marking wheels combined with lightweight polymer construction makes the Metro Lodgix Housekeeping Carts easy to maneuver over any floor surface.  The "natural grip" design positions hands properly for ease of use and less fatigue.  A unique "hook less" bag mounting method provides a convenient way for securing poly liners.  The bottom shelf and top handle combine to hold brooms, vacuum cleaner or waste receptacle.  The integrated paper management system provides a convenient storage area for paper items such as menus, directories, etc.

Beer Keg Handling Racks

Metro's HD Super Beer Keg Handling Racks are designed to make handling of kegs, half and quarter barrels and cases easier and more efficient.  These racks can double storage capacity without changing the size of the cooler by making use of "air rights" around the perimeter of the cooler as well as in the interior.  The racks are available in (3) styles as follows:

Style A:  Provides storage for kegs/barrels on two level, utilizing either two dunnage shelves or the floor and one dunnage shelf.

Beer keg handling racks provide a neat, orderly way to store kegs for easier inventory and stock rotation.  By permitting neater, more orderly storage, these racks allow easier access to kegs for tapping/un-tapping, restocking etc.  Increase your sales potential by allowing for the storage of more inventory and the handling of more brands.  Ideal for series hook-ups, two or three kegs of the same brand can be tapped in a series.

Style B:  Provides storage for kegs/barrels and case beer on three levels, one dunnage and two solid shelves.

Strong and rugged, the beer-keg handling racks are constructed of sturdy HD Super components with 1-5/8" diameter posts and a patented split-sleeve assembly device.  The racks are made to withstand the heavy load of full kegs and the repeated impact of being loaded and unloaded.

Sterile Wrap Rack

The Metro Sterile Wrap Rack provides a safe, convenient place to hold wraps.  Most sizes can be displayed prominently so that they are easy to locate.  One sheet or several sheets at a time can be removed quickly and neatly.  The wire bottom shelf, standard on all units, can be used to hold extra wraps or less frequently used sizes.

The carrier assembly which supports the bars is adjustable in 1" (25mm) increments along the height of the posts so that it can be positioned at a comfortable level for uses whether seated or standing. The four bars can also be positioned in any of 18 slots along the carrier assembly.  All models come standard with four bars.  Additional bars are optional and may be ordered separately.

Metro Horizontal Hold Carts (CBL Style)

Metro Horizontal Hold Carts (CBL) are heavy-duty high-density carts with 3/8" (8mm) deep slides for positive board capture, provide 48 levels for circuit boards and 11/16" (18mm) on center spacing for volume loading.  Standard units include (2) end and (1) center panel. The included center panel features slides on both sides.  Slides accept boards up to 22-1/2" (571mm) long and up to 1/2" (12.7mm) thick.  Additional double-sided center panels, high-temperature kits and label identifications kits are available as optional accessories. Select from two model sizes.

Ideal for transporting work-in process and storing large quantities of boards.  Open chrome-plated steel panels allow for airflow and conductivity and have slides that accept boards up to 1/8" (3mm) thick.  Standard units include (2) end panels only.  An optional center panel may be ordered separately.  Two bench side models are available.

PCB Hand-Held Carriers

Metro PCB Hand-Held Carriers are the safe, efficient way to carry delicate printed circuit boards.  This system features adjustable panels with 5/8" (13mm) slide spacing that accommodate boards up to 1/8" (9mm) thick.  High-temperature phenolic knobs can be used in applications with up to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) continuous temperatures.


PCB Hand-Held Carrier

  • Units carry up to 20 full-size boards; optional double-sided center panels increase capacity of carriers.
  • Two width sizes are available.  With the addition of double-sided center panels, two or more boards can be carried on each level.  Carriers can hold from (40) to (60) 12"x6" (305x152mm) boards.  
  • Stackable design permits up to three carriers of the same size to be stacked vertically, saving floor space.
  • Units can be transported and stored on Metro Kitting Carts.
