Top-Track is an overhead track system that guides mobile shelving units between stationary end units, while creating an access aisle between any two units as needed.  This solution allows more storage units to fit within a defined space, increasing capacity by 30 to 50%.

HD Super Work Center Tables


Designed and built for heavy-duty applications, these tables feature seamless 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel work surfaces with a 11-gauge support structure that virtually eliminates an "drumming".

Units are easy to assemble in minutes without special tools.  Lower shelf and 3-sided or H frames are adjustable in 2" (51mm) increments. The table top fits over plastic sleeves at the top of the posts.

Work Center Tables feature greater rigidity with 1-5/8" diameter HD Super Posts and Super Erecta construction.

Available in 30", 36" and 44" (760, 910, 1118mm) widths and lengths of 60", 72" and 96" (1525, 1825, 2440mm) in stationary or mobile configurations with your choice of a 3-sided base frame, H frame or a solid stainless steel or galvanized steel lower shelf.  All models are 34" (860mm) high.

Mobile units are fitted with 5" (127mm) diameter polyurethane tread casters, two swivel and two swivel/brake.

Metro's CaseVue Case Carts are built for easy transport; stronger, lighter and the most ergonomic choice available.  Designed to be used wherever contents must be protected from "unclean" environments, including hospital based or offsite surgery centers.  The patent pending CaseVue cart advantages, include the following:

Proficiency

Optional clear doors and status flags provide a quick view of the cart's status at any time.  Cool touch handles eliminate the need for protective cloth to remove cart from cart wash.  Biohazard wheel indicates used carts and paper holder conveniently holds pick lists and routing slips.

Clean Design

This cart is designed to be easily cleaned and not retain water.  Stainless steel corner handles are encased in a cool touch polymer featuring Microban antimicrobial product protection.

Less Effort

Exclusive quiet, maintenance-free casters reduce rolling resistance; wide grip handles provide better leverage for steering and swivel lock casters to keep cart on track, all are standard.  Optional upgrades, including 5th wheel steering and swing-up handles, provide added control in transit.

Quiet

Contoured sides, reinforced top and floor, softer wheels and other noise dampeners, provide a noticeably quieter ride.

Durable

Type 304 stainless steel construction, including maintenance free stainless steel caster are standard, not an optional upgrade.

Efficiency

Metro CaseVue delivers the most storage per square foot to maximize space.  Optional roller shelves extend further to provide better access.
