Metro’s PrepMate is a multi-functional, multi-level workstation designed around the end-user to eliminate space constraints and increase overall productivity, enabling you to chop, slide, clean, store or serve in a smaller footprint.  Efficiently sized and accessorized for a streamlined process, PrepMate Multi-Rail maximizes your work space by holding work surfaces above containers creating a dynamic system for preparation that will increase your productivity up to 20%.

Application based PrepMate, offers eight pre-configured models with varying construction options that include solid stainless steel shelves, solid galvanized steel shelves, Super Erecta Pro hybrid removable mat shelves, MetroSeal epoxy coated wire shelves and Brite zinc wire shelves.  Each available in four shelf sizes with five height adjustments in 1” (25mm) increments.

Equipped with four Total Lock swivel casters, this PrepMate MultiStation unit allows for mobility of tasks in multiple locations, saving time and labor.  Polyurethane caster wheels and hubs are easily locked into place to provide a stable work surface.  PrepMate’s flexible Multi-Rail holds standard 18” cutting boards and food pans for quick set-up, executions, clean-up and change-over.

Super Erecta Top-Track Kits

Metro's Super Erecta Top-Track Kits can increase the storage capacity of a given area by 30 to 50%.  This system allows more storage units to fit in a defined space.  A movable, open aisle allows full access to each shelving unit, thus eliminating hard to reach or "dead" spaces.  The overhead track system guides the mobile units and opens an access aisle between any two units, whenever it is needed.

These single deep Top-Track Kits include everything that you need for a complete freestanding system with mobile units.  Each end unit and mobile units feature Super Erecta construction with Super Adjustable intermediate shelves for easy vertical repositioning in a chrome finish.

Kits are available in three lengths and two shelf sizes.  Each Kit includes 18" (457mm) deep End Units and 2, 3 or 4 Mobile Units as noted, based on track length.  End Units and Mobile Units have (4) shelves each.  All Kits feature open aisle clearance.  Additional Mobile Units and longer Track Sets are available and must be ordered separately.

myFOLD Polymer Utility Cart

Metro's new myFOLD Polymer Utility Cart is a portable, easy to use folding utility cart constructed of black polypropylene shelves with molded-in handles on two sides.  Featuring three shelves with stainless steel tubular vertical members and non-marking 4" diameter (102mm) thermoplastic swivel casters, 2 with brakes.  This folding cart ships full assembled and unfolds easily right out of the box for immediate use.

The myFOLD Utility Cart is an ideal general purpose cart that may be used as a light duty lab cart, for offsite transport, delivery vehicles...you name it!  All three shelves have a 3/8" (10mm) high raised edge to prevent transported items for sliding off.  When not in use, this cart with a built-in carrying handle, quickly folds down to half its width (16.5" to 8") for storage or transport.

Super Erecta PRO

THE ORIGINAL RE-INNOVATED.  Super Erecta PRO is part of the Super Erecta family of storage products.  Combining polymer shelf mats and epoxy coated steel frames and posts, this shelving system may be used in, but not limited to; cold rooms and humid environments.  The polymer shelf mats resist abrasion from polycarbonate containers and sharp edges from stainless steel pans and heavy boxes.  Removable shelf mat sections can be easily washed by hand or commercial machine.  Strong, sturdy and built to last, this product features proven Super Erecta construction with side and center supports and tapered steel shelf collars.
